About the role Develop and maintain backend systems for internal company use. Create Web Applications to enable employees to access AI tools through a browser. Connect AI Models, AI Agents, APIs, and external services to the system. Develop tools or AI Skills for multiple departments to use collaboratively. Design workflows and user experiences that are easy to understand. Manage databases, user systems, and access permissions. Install and maintain systems on servers or cloud infrastructure, including systems operating within the company network. Test and present new ideas that help reduce repetitive work and increase team efficiency.
