About the role This is a high-performing and commercially driven Area Sales Manager role responsible for driving sales volume, revenue, market penetration, dealer/channel performance, and customer growth within an assigned territory. You will lead and coach the sales team, strengthen dealer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and turn market insights into actionable sales strategies. Key responsibilities Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Drive vehicle sales volume, revenue, gross margin, and market share within the assigned territory. Monitor sales performance, sales funnel, conversion rate, and delivery performance. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and recovery plans when performance is below target. Manage and develop dealer/channel performance within the assigned area. Establish strong relationships with dealer principals, sales managers, and key stakeholders. Identify opportunities for new dealer/channel expansion and improve territory coverage. Lead, motivate, and develop Area Sales and dealer sales teams. Set individual and team targets and conduct regular performance reviews. Coach the team on EV product knowledge, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques. About you Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with experience in EV, mobility, or automotive distribution strongly preferred. At least 5-7 years of experience managing a sales team, territory, dealer network, or regional sales operation. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of automotive retail, dealer operations, and sales processes. Good knowledge of the Thai EV market and competitive landscape. Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to use sales data to drive decisions. Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong customer and business relationship management skills. Valid driver's license.
