JOB PROFILE Qualification 1–2 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support. Experience in hospitality systems or enterprise financial platforms is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. Thai nationality only RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS System Operations & Troubleshooting Monitor HMS system performance and resolve issues such as interface failures, authorization errors, and application crashes. Ensure hotel-reported issues and IT service desk tickets are addressed within SLA timelines. Monitor Wi-Fi dashboard, Special Request system, and User Application portal to ensure SLA compliance and performance stability. Perform daily operational checklists to validate system health and service availability. Address reporting discrepancies and booking confirmation errors across branches. Coordinate firewall domain access and MRTG/SMS alert configurations with external vendors. IT Asset & Access Management Provision, format, and deploy notebooks for new hires and internal transfers; manage lifecycle updates and handovers. Execute quarterly access reviews and audits for business systems (e.g., Blue Ledger, SunSystems) per approved SOPs. Configure user permissions and group access for financial systems based on least privileged guidelines. Project & Report Coordination Support HMS Reports migration and gather feedback from finance and revenue teams. Maintain issue tracking logs and coordinate updates when meetings. Prepare and submit monthly update presentations summarizing challenges, resolutions, and progress. Data & Integration Management Ensure accurate reservation data synchronization with corporate portals and HMS systems. Maintain data governance and data integrity issues with third-party support teams. Collaborate on workflows for guest consent and reason-for-stay data capture. Cross-Functional Collaboration Liaise with Legal, HR, Purchasing, Finance, and Hotel Operations to support IT-related needs. Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., AIS, Carmen Software, Metro Systems) for system fixes, upgrades, and access issues.
