About the role This is an opportunity to build the sales training function from the ground up within a growing property development business with a diverse portfolio of condominium and pool villa projects. You will design, develop and deliver structured sales training programs for new and existing sales staff, develop a comprehensive Sales Training Academy, and conduct onboarding training for newly recruited salespeople. Key responsibilities Design, develop and deliver structured sales training programs for new and existing sales staff Develop a comprehensive Sales Training Academy / Sales Development Program for the organization Conduct onboarding training for newly recruited salespeople Provide continuous training and development programs for existing sales staff Conduct classroom training, workshops, role-plays, simulations and practical coaching sessions Develop training programs based on actual sales performance and identified competency gaps Work closely with the Sales and Commercial teams to develop training materials covering property projects, products, USPs, pricing, and competitor comparison Develop and deliver training covering the complete sales process including lead response, customer profiling, needs discovery, consultative selling, negotiation, objection handling and closing techniques Ensure sales staff understand and consistently follow the company's sales process and standards Requirements Essential Be able to work 6 days per week. Minimum 5 years of sales experience . Proven experience in sales training, coaching or sales team development . Strong understanding of the complete sales process. Demonstrated ability to coach and improve salesperson performance. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent Thai and English communication skills . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop structured training programs from scratch. Comfortable conducting role-plays and practical sales simulations. Strong understanding of negotiation, objection handling and closing techniques. Ability to work with both experienced salespeople and newly recruited staff. Preferred Experience in property / real estate sales . Experience working in a property development company, sales gallery or real estate agency. Experience selling high-value products or services. Experience training multilingual sales teams. Experience building a Sales Academy or structured sales training program. Experience with CRM and sales performance management systems. Why Join Us?
