HR & Admin Manager

About the role Takachiho Fire, Security & Services (Thailand) Limited is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team in Bang Na, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in supporting the strategic human resources and administrative functions of our organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations and administration, ensuring compliance with Thai labour laws, supporting employee engagement, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our business and directly contributes to our company's success and employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities Manage all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Thai labour legislation and regulations Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and employee records maintenance Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner Coordinate training and development programmes to support employee growth and organisational objectives Manage administrative functions including office supplies, facilities coordination, and scheduling Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making Maintain compliance with local employment laws and workplace health and safety regulations Liaise with external stakeholders such as government agencies, insurance providers, and third-party service providers Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and company culture programmes What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a HR and administration role, preferably in a manufacturing, security, or services environment In-depth knowledge of Thai labour laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements Strong understanding of HR best practices and modern HR management systems Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills in English and Thai, both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to build positive employee relationships and handle sensitive situations with discretion Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration is highly desirable Certifications in HR management or Thai labour law would be advantageous About us Takachiho Fire, Security & Services (Thailand) Limited is a leading provider of comprehensive fire safety, security, and service solutions.
