About the role Public Gold Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive – General Ledger (GL) to support the financial operations of Fortune Bullion, Gold ATM Technologies, Public Gold Malaysia, Public Gold Indonesia and the Group's international business. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing the month-end close and ensuring timely reporting across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have strong general ledger experience, sound accounting knowledge and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-company environment. Key responsibilities Manage the full set of accounts and general ledger activities for assigned companies. Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, provisions and account adjustments. Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end closing within established timelines. Prepare balance sheet schedules and reconcile bank, intercompany and general ledger accounts. Manage intercompany transactions and ensure that balances are accurately reconciled. Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and variance analyses. Monitor cash flow, operating expenses, fixed assets and capital expenditure records. Support the Group's consolidation and reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies and statutory requirements. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries and regulatory bodies. Qualification and Experience Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. Three to six years of relevant accounting experience, with strong exposure to general ledger and full-set accounting. Experience managing accounts for multiple companies or regional operations is an advantage. Good knowledge of financial reporting standards, audit requirements and internal controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems. Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills. Meticulous, dependable and able to meet tight reporting deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with finance and operational teams. Experience in Indonesian accounting operations, cross-border transactions or intercompany reporting would be an added advantage. Why Join Us?
