Key Responsibilities Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from e-commerce and internal systems Prepare regular reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, charts, basic formulas) Support the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards Monitor basic e-commerce KPIs such as sales, orders, traffic, and conversion rates Help validate data accuracy and report consistency Support senior analysts with ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks Assist in documenting dashboards, reports, and data definitions Help provide basic user support and training on reports and dashboards Respond to data-related queries from business users Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Data Analytics, Business, IT, or related field Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, charts) Basic understanding of Power BI or strong willingness to learn Interest in data analysis and business reporting Basic understanding of e-commerce concepts is a plus Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication in Thai and English
