Operation Trainer ( 2 position)

BEAUTRIUM is looking for passionate Operation Trainers to develop the capabilities of our retail store teams and ensure consistent standards across all stores. 1. Operation Trainer (Functional Skill) Focus: Retail Operations, Systems & Processes Key Responsibilities Design and deliver training for Beauty Advisors to Store Managers . Create practical training materials, SOPs, manuals, videos, and assessments. Train and coach teams on POS, GRN, Inventory, Planogram, and Store SOP . Conduct on-the-job training and regular store visits. Identify operational skill gaps and support new processes, systems, and store openings. Ideal Profile 5+ years in Retail Training, Retail Operations, L&D , or related fields. Strong knowledge of retail operations and systems. Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. 2. Operation Trainer (Service & Leadership) Focus: Customer Service, People Skills & Leadership Key Responsibilities Design and deliver training for Beauty Advisors to Store Managers . Develop engaging training materials, activities, and role plays. Train and coach teams on Customer Service, Communication, Selling Skills, Coaching & Leadership . Conduct store visits to provide on-site coaching. Support service initiatives and leadership development programs. Ideal Profile 5+ years in Retail Training, L&D, Customer Experience, Sales Training , or related fields. Experience in service, soft skills, or leadership training. Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
