Our client has been a leading company for more than 130 years, continually transforming and redefining the world of health care. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Hong Kong team and play a key role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly — from customs compliance to last-mile delivery. Working hour: Mon- Fri, 9am - 5:30pm Core job responsibilities: Handle all the import & export activities of devision and ensure full compliance with global customs and trade policy. Monitor and manage operational KPI of distributor in terms of redressing leadtime, on time goods receipt and delivery performance. Manage the phase-in and phase-out process of product such as implementation of new regulatory variation to ensure supply continuity. Manage master supply plan and liaise with overseas team for any foreseeable out of stock / excessive inventory. Code creation and inventory control in both local system and distributor system. Handle distribution complaint case with QA team. Handle intercompany invoice and monthly accrual with team in China. Assist in monthly S&OP meeting. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in supply chain or logistics management. Good understanding of shipping processes and regulations. Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage. Experience in SAP system is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly in excel applications.
