About the role IT Internship providing 1st level support for hardware, software, and system-related issues, with involvement in IT system maintenance, troubleshooting, and departmental projects. Key responsibilities Provide 1st level support for hardware, software, and system-related issues Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners Execute and support IT project deployments and rollout activities from HQ Respond promptly to IT service requests and incidents from users Monitor and maintain IT systems including CCTV, telephone systems, and HR time attendance devices Monitor company network for security alerts and assist in investigating potential security breaches Ensure daily data backup processes are completed and verified Maintain and update IT asset inventory and related documentation Assist with IT documentation, routine maintenance, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned About you Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Able to communicate in English and Thai Willing to learn, proactive, and able to follow instructions Internship duration: Minimum 3–6 months (preferred)
