Internship Offered: Intern, Business Development Department Return Offer Arrangement Long Internship: 3-6 months Target Students: Students expected to graduate by the end of 2026 or Q1 2027 We will provide return offer to the intern with outstanding performance. Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated intern to support the sales operations of our Business Development team. In this role, you will gain in-depth exposure to overseas sales workflows, covering mutual funds, hedge funds, and institutional bespoke mandates. You will receive direct guidance from our senior business leadership, with great opportunities for rapid growth and hands-on industry experience. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive and accurate sales support to facilitate the team’s business development. Prepare and update marketing materials, including regular product reports and customized client presentation documents. Collect and organize market and industry data, and compile thematic research reports. Assist in organizing offline and online marketing activities, including roadshows, client calls, and investor events. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines, with a solid interest in financial markets. Strong service awareness, excellent communication, presentation and writing skills, team-oriented and self-driven. Meticulous, responsible and agile in learning; proficient in AI tools to accelerate task delivery. Able to commit to a minimum 3-month internship with at least 3 on-site working days per week. Immediate availability and long-term internship commitment are highly preferred. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
