Payroll Officer (Chinese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time. Check and verify employee attendance, overtime, leave, absence, and related records. Manage employee welfare and benefits information. Handle Social Security and Personal Income Tax matters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and employee information. Prepare payroll reports and related HR documentation. Coordinate with employees and relevant departments regarding payroll, benefits, and employee information. Communicate and coordinate with Chinese employees or management when required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Payroll or related HR functions. Able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred. Good knowledge of payroll, attendance, overtime, leave, social security, and personal income tax. Good command of Microsoft Excel . Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
