Job Responsibilities Coordinate charter vessel arrangements and related matters. Work with external shipbrokers to secure suitable vessels. Prepare and manage all shipping-related documents and ensure all documentation complies with contractual and regulatory requirements. Liaise with insurers and insurance brokers on the insurance matters. Liaise with warehouse operators, trucking companies and inspection agencies. Provide daily operational reports. Other tasks assigned by the Company Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. 2-3 years relevant experience is preferred. Knowledge of Commodities products and business is most preferred. Able to speak/write in Mandarin as need to liaise with clients from China counterpart who speak/write in Mandarin. Task driven. Detailed and meticulous in handling documents. Ability in organizing and prioritizing work assignments to meet transaction deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
