Student Management Officer

Key Responsibilities 👮 1. Student Management & Ground Supervision Conduct morning ground duty at the playground area. Monitor and record late-coming students at the gate. Supervise students undergoing in-house recess detention. Patrol school and community common areas during dismissal. Manage after-school engagement at sports facilities. 🔍 2. Investigative & Case Support Assist in preliminary investigations for minor school incidents. Conduct fact-finding interviews with students and witnesses. Obtain official student statements and compile evidence. Draft structured incident reports for key personnel. 🤝 3. Student Engagement & Mentorship Build positive relationships through regular target mentoring. Design and implement targeted social-emotional learning modules. Guide student behavior leveraging restorative teachable moments. Provide in-class support and behavioral observations. 📊 4. Administrative Support Perform data entry for late-coming and offenses. Compile weekly and monthly school discipline statistics. Maintain accurate case notes for all active interventions. Conduct regular case reviews with the HOD. Ensure strict confidentiality of student data permanently. Job Requirements 🎓 Qualifications & Experience Education : Degree in Social Work, Counselling, or Psychology. Registration : Must be registered with MOE before closing. Experience : Minimum 3 years working with at-risk youth. 🛠️ Skills & Competencies Methods : Skilled in restorative practices and behavioral mentorship. Traits : Exceptionally resilient, empathetic, and professional. Software : Competent in data compilation and report writing. Working Hours & Schedule Daily Hours : Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Breaks : Includes a 30-minute daily flexible lunch break. Exclusions : Off on weekends and public holidays. School Holidays : Not required to work during school holidays.
