Plan and manage the organization's computer systems Define guidelines for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software. Promote efficient use of IT systems by providing user support and guidance. Supervise and maintain the network infrastructure Oversee the installation of internal and external network systems, ensuring that all network devices are consistently operational. Manage server systems and data backup Plan and supervise to ensure server stability, data security, and reliable data recovery when needed. Coordinate with ERP system providers and related departments Monitor issue resolution and continuously assess the effectiveness of the ERP system. Manage the CCTV system Inspect and plan maintenance to ensure both technical functionality and security readiness. Plan maintenance and renew IT service contracts (Maintenance Agreement - MA) Oversee maintenance schedules for computers and related systems annually, and prepare work plans and budgets. Procure IT equipment Supervise IT procurement to meet departmental needs while controlling the budget effectively. Control user access to information systems Manage access rights to IT systems for new hires, role changes, and employee exits. Manage the organization’s IT assets Maintain an IT asset inventory system, monitor equipment status, manage asset check-in/check-out, and keep detailed usage records. Lead the IT team Plan skill development and provide ongoing training for the IT team. Manage and oversee Microsoft 365 administration Ensure proper operation and user management within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
