About the role We are seeking an Assistant HR & Administration Manager to join our team on a full-time basis . This is a key position that sits at the heart of our operations, supporting the delivery of comprehensive human resources and administrative services across the organisation. You will work closely with senior management to ensure smooth operational functioning whilst building and maintaining positive employee relations. This role is essential to our success, enabling us to attract, develop and retain talented individuals whilst maintaining efficient business processes. Key responsibilities Manage and review HR and Admin policies, procedures and daily operations. Oversee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, induction and training, performance management, compensation review, employee engagement. Manage monthly payroll, employee benefits, leave records and employee personal files. Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, counselling and termination in accordance with company policies. Manage and oversee the office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies and equipment, management of contracts, lease or tenancy agreements, organization and office space management, administration of employee’s insurance, liaison with vendors and contractors. Work closely with department managers on staffing requirements and workforce planning. Responsible for execution and management of annual performance appraisal exercise and preparation for yearly salary review, promotion and variable bonus for reporting. Support HR strategies, initiatives and policy implementation aligned with business needs. Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements and company policies, including work permit requirements. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of relevant HR and Administration experience, preferably 2 years in a managerial role. Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems or databases. Hands-on experience with payroll processes. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices and administrative procedures. Detail-oriented, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently and as part of a team.
