Key responsibilities Responsible for import & export operations, L/C negotiation, management of forwarders and suppliers Handle full import and export shipping documentation and key document management Maintain close communication with both internal and external parties for all shipping issues Schedule pickups with freight, parcel, and third-party logistics providers Monitor shipment deadlines and resolve delays, shortages, damages, and delivery issues Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records in the company's systems Ensure garments are folded, packed, labeled, and protected according to customer and company standards Enforce company policies and applicable safety and transportation requirements Requirement 5 years of experience in shipping, warehouse operations, distribution, or apparel manufacturing Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred Knowledge of garment handling, packing, labeling, and order fulfillment Familiarity with shipping software, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems Ability to read and verify customer orders and shipping documents Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment We offer an attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits to the right candidates.
