About the role We are seeking passionate and results-driven sales professionals to join our growing business. This job posting covers opportunities in two business segments: Chemical Latex Industry and Non-Tire Rubber Industry. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving business growth, developing customer relationships, and expanding market opportunities within their assigned industry segment. Key responsibilities For Chemical Latex Industry Segment: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the latex and related chemical industries. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the assigned territory. Provide technical and commercial support to customers regarding latex products and applications. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend business strategies. Coordinate with suppliers, technical teams, and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare sales forecasts, visit reports, quotations, and other sales-related documentation. Achieve sales targets and KPIs as assigned by management. For Non-Tire Rubber Industry Segment: Manage and expand business opportunities with manufacturers in non-tire rubber applications such as industrial rubber products, automotive rubber parts, footwear, rubber compounds, seals, gaskets, hoses, belts, and related industries. Build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical sales support. Prepare and present product proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities. Monitor market developments and identify potential business growth areas. Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective customer support and project execution. Achieve sales objectives and business development targets. About you Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Rubber Technology, or other related fields. Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in Chemical Latex, Rubber Chemicals, Rubber Industry, Polymer Industry, Specialty Chemicals, or Industrial Materials. Strong business development and customer relationship management skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical product information effectively. Good negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented. Able to travel for customer visits and business development activities. Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
