About the role The Creative + Video Producer role is based in the Marketing / Brand department, reporting to the Brand Manager / Marketing Manager. You will develop creative video content ideas for the brand, including product videos, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and reviews. You will plan and execute video production across pre-production, filming, and post-production phases, and capture photos and videos at brand events such as marathons, workshops, and product testing. Key responsibilities Develop creative video content ideas for the brand (e.g. product videos, behind-the-scenes, interviews, reviews) Plan and execute video production: pre-production, filming, and post-production Capture photos and videos at brand events (e.g. marathons, workshops, product testing) Edit engaging video content tailored to platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Design basic visuals or collaborate with graphic designers for promotional media Manage digital content assets including photo/video libraries Propose content concepts based on current social media trends Work closely with Content, Social Media, and Brand teams to align messaging About you Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Design, or related field Hands-on experience with video production and editing Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve Skilled with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and basic shooting equipment Proficiency in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator is a plus Good understanding of social media platforms and content strategy Strong English communication skills — spoken, written, and reading Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Portfolio of past video work is highly recommended Ability to travel and work flexible hours when needed Benefits Social security benefits in accordance with Thai law Annual leave: 6 days/year (based on years of service) Public holidays: 13 days/year, in accordance with Thai labor law Annual company outing/trip Performance-based annual bonus Opportunities for promotion and salary adjustment based on company structure Company-provided equipment (e.g. computer) Employee discount on company products Participation in company activities such as running events, recreational activities, or CSR projects
