Business Development Officer - Catering

Job Description: Lead the business development of corporate accounts, grow existing customers and identify new potential customers of the Vitaland Group. Develop marketing strategies and programs to strengthen the overall positioning of the Group brand to maximize total revenue, market share, and optimize profit returns. Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors’ performance, pricing, marketing and strategies, and any relevant activities to develop counteracting strategies and programes. Manage customer complaints, track corrective actions and / or improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction.
