Mission & Value The Sales Support - Spare Parts role supports the timely and accurate execution of spare parts orders. Through close coordination with Customer Services, Logistics, Warehouse, and Accounting, this role helps ensure customer commitments are met and shipments are properly prepared and delivered. This role is expected to demonstrate a positive mindset and a strong service orientation in supporting customers and internal customers. Role and Responsibilities Monitor spare parts orders and shipment status to ensure deliveries are completed on time. Coordinate with Customer Services, Logistics, Warehouse, Accounting, and other internal customers to support smooth order execution. Follow up on outstanding items that may delay shipment, including payment status, signed documents, stock readiness, and internal approvals. Prepare, review, and maintain commercial, shipping, and export documents required for shipment. Support order handling in line with applicable payment methods, payment terms, customer document requirements, and Incoterms. Submit billing-related documents to Accounting and support internal billing readiness. Update order status reports and maintain visibility on pending actions, shipment progress, and delivery risks. Close relevant Salesforce cases and maintain accurate records of shipment documents and customer communications. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and supporting stronger follow-up discipline. Skills and Qualifications Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, logistics coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles. Basic knowledge of payment terms, payment methods, Incoterms, and shipping processes. Familiarity with shipping documents, export documentation, and billing support is an advantage. Strong service mindset and behaviors aligned with company's competencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and Salesforce is an advantage. Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline. Good Thai and English communication skills.
