Join our Finance team as a Corporate Card & Expense Administrator , supporting the Australian business in a high-volume expense and corporate card environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in expense management, cost centre coding, accruals, reconciliations, and financial controls , who enjoy working with stakeholders and ensuring compliance, accuracy and timely reporting. What You'll Be Doing Process and administer employee expense claims, travel expenses and corporate card transactions. Review and validate expense submissions for accuracy, completeness and policy compliance. Follow up on outstanding, incomplete or non-compliant expense reports. Manage employee enquiries relating to expenses, travel and corporate cards. Support month-end reporting, reconciliations and finance-related analysis. Assist with Accounts Payable activities, transaction coding and reporting requirements. Maintain SAP Concur data and support system enhancements and process improvements. Liaise with Finance, Payroll and business stakeholders to resolve queries and improve processes. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Expense Management, Employee Reimbursements, Finance Operations, or Shared Services. Proven experience managing high-volume expense claims and corporate card transactions in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of cost centre allocations, transaction coding, accruals, reconciliations, and financial controls . Experience supporting month-end close activities , reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations. Exposure to SAP Concur or a similar expense management system is highly advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies, investigate exceptions, and ensure policy compliance. Strong written and verbal English communication skills , with the ability to effectively support and engage stakeholders across the Australian business. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Finance, Payroll, and operational teams.
