Account Executive

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) is an added advantage Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Strong knowledge of accounting Proficient in SQL Accounting software and Microsoft Excel Good understanding of loan accounting, interest calculations, and credit operations is an advantage Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage Responsibilities Handle basic accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations Perform month-end closing activities accurately and on a timely basis Record loan disbursements, repayments, and interest income accurately in SQL Accounting software Ensure proper reconciliation of customer accounts and loan balances Coordinate with operations team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities when required Maintain proper documentation and internal controls over financial transactions Support ad hoc assignments when required Report directly to the Manager Benefits Annual Leave Medical and Hospitalisation Leave SOCSO EPF EIS Annual Bonus Training Provided 5 Working Days
