Senior / Procurement Officer

Department: Procurement In this position, you will: Handle full spectrum of procurement activities including preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation, issue purchase orders and review contract documents in accordance with established policies and procedures Negotiate with vendors on price and business terms Proactively work with user departments to analyze and identify business needs and support development of best fit procurement and contracting strategies Identify and develop effective and reliable sourcing strategies Seek cost saving initiative on different areas of procurement Prepare procurement related report analysis Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and internal customer satisfaction To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: Degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Telecom will be an advanced Familiar with contracting and tendering process Experience in using ERP system is preferred Proficient in MS Office application Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proactive attitude Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin When you work: 5 days work 8 hours/day What you enjoy: Discretionary Performance bonus Life insurance Medical insurance Meal allowance Education subsidies Birthday gift Marriage leave Birthday leave Please submit your application to us by clicking the APPLY NOW button and send your full resume with your availability, current and expected salary to us.
