About the Role We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team in expanding eCloudvalley's footprint across the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and Government sectors. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive go-to-market strategies for cutting-edge multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Cybersecurity, Data & AI), mentor a team of BDM/BDEs, and build long-term executive relationships with top-tier enterprise clients in HK and the Greater Bay Area. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor and coach a team of Business Development Managers/Executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs Conduct pipeline reviews, accurate sales forecasting and resource allocation to optimize team performance Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies focusing on acquiring new enterprise accounts (FSI & Gov focus) while driving growth across existing clients Lead multi-cloud solutions sales initiatives including but not limited to Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Migration (specifically AWS and MS Azure) Work closely with Cloud vendors, Solution Architects and Presales team to close complex enterprise tech deals Represent eCloudvalley at industry events, webinars and networking functions to generate high-value leads What we're looking for Minimum 5+ years in IT sales, cloud solutions, system integration (SI) or telecommunications, with at least 1–2 years in a sales management/leadership role Strong domain knowledge/experience/know-how and footprint focusing on enterprise industry (FSI & Gov will be an advantage) Solid understanding of multi-cloud platforms (specifically AWS and MS Azure) Experience of market development within the Greater Bay Area is a strong plus Proven track record of pipeline growth, result-oriented leadership, and customer obsession Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written). Mandarin is a plus.
