Learning and Development Specialist (Sr. Trainer-Soft Skill)

*Create, develop and conduct training course, especially soft skill. Build training engagement and ensure the effectiveness of training course.* Responsibilities : Analyze training needs and prepare annual training programs, curricula, and training plans to support organizational development. Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on training activities to ensure they are implemented effectively according to the training plan. Conduct and monitor pre-training and post-training evaluations to measure learning effectiveness and training outcomes. Support the development and continuous improvement of training systems, processes, and learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness. Maintain and administer training records, course documentation, and training databases in an accurate and systematic manner. Support the development of the Learning Resource Center and promote self-directed learning among employees. Maintain the internal trainer database, coordinate internal trainers, and support the identification and development of future trainers. Assist in developing employee competency development plans and learning roadmaps for short-term, and long-term development. Consult and support team members to ensure training objectives are achieved efficiently. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Development, or other related fields. At least 3 years of experience in trainer (Soft skill), human resource development(HRD), training and development, learning and development (L&D), or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and engage others effectively. Experience as a master of ceremonies (MC), facilitator is preferred. Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to drive a car.
