System Analyst

Turn Requirements into Smart, Scalable & Secure Systems We are looking for a System Analyst (SA) – Middle to join our Analyst Team and take ownership of assigned Features / Modules from requirement gathering and analysis through system design, development support, testing, and delivery. In this role, you will work closely with customers, users, stakeholders, and development teams to understand both Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, translate business needs into practical system solutions, and create clear design documents that development and testing teams can move forward with confidently. If you enjoy analyzing business processes, designing systems, solving technical challenges, and working closely with both users and developers , this could be your next opportunity! 💼 Key Responsibilities 🔍 Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis Independently gather, analyze, and summarize requirements with customers, users, and stakeholders , covering both Functional and Non-Functional Requirements . Analyze As-Is / To-Be processes , identify gaps, dependencies, and technical constraints. Define Business Rules and Acceptance Criteria to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable. Prepare Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and other requirement documentation for assigned Features / Modules. 🏗️ System & Solution Design Design system solutions that align with business requirements and technical constraints. Prepare System Design Specification (SDS) for assigned Features / Modules. Design data structures, system flows, and technical components to support efficient and secure implementation. Ensure design documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for the development team to implement. 🗄️ Database & SQL Design RDBMS database structures , including tables, keys, and relationships. Write SQL to verify and validate data accuracy and consistency. Ensure database design supports business requirements and system processes. 🔗 API & System Integration Analyze and design API & Integration between systems. Design integration flows, including handling exception and abnormal cases . Work with integrations to external systems such as Payment Gateways and endpoint devices . Prepare technical documentation for APIs and system integrations. 📐 System Modeling & Documentation Create and maintain UML diagrams to clearly communicate system designs, including: Sequence Diagram Component Diagram Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) System Flow Prepare and maintain SRS / SDS and other system analysis and design documentation. 🛡️ Impact, Risk & Technical Support Assess technical risks and perform Impact Analysis for changes to requirements or system designs. Evaluate potential impacts across Integration, Performance, and Security . Organize and facilitate meetings with customers, users, and development teams to ensure everyone has a clear understanding of project scope. Support SIT and UAT , manage Change Requests, and resolve technical issues related to assigned system designs. Deliver analysis and design documentation according to project timelines and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology , or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in System Analysis / System Design. Good understanding of SDLC and API / Integration concepts . Able to independently gather and summarize requirements with users or customers , rather than only receiving pre-defined requirements. Experience designing database structures and writing SQL for data verification. Experience designing APIs and system integrations with supporting documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
