Industry: Freight Forwarding and Contract Logistics Location: Rama 3 Road Chongnonsee, Yannawa, Bangkok Working Hours: Monday – Friday (1 Day hybrid work) Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 THB per month (Excluding commission & allowance) Other Benefits: Allowance (12,000 THB), Commission, Medical Insurance & dental, PVF and etc. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Inside Sales. Experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain industries. Proven track record in new business development and customer acquisition. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Customer-focused, results-driven, and proactive in follow-up activities. Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Good communication skills in both Thai and English. Flexible, dynamic, and willing to travel for business purposes. Ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Thailand. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. Achieve assigned KPIs, including sales targets, customer visits, and lead generation activities. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Conduct customer meetings to understand business needs and propose value-added logistics solutions. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor invoicing, payments, and customer credit limits in accordance with company policies. Maintain accurate and timely updates in the company's CRM and sales management systems. Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
