Job Description: Manage and grow accounts in target segments such as government agencies, state enterprises, EPC contractors (Tier 1), and business partners. Present and promote the company’s solutions, including railway electrification systems, EV charging stations, Grounding & Bonding and energy storage (BESS). Analyze project requirements, TORs, and BOQs to offer tailored technical and commercial proposals. Coordinate with engineering and proposal teams to prepare quotations and bidding documents. Lead the sales process from initial contact to negotiation, contract signing, and project handover. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities. Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, and networking events. Gather market intelligence, monitor competitors, and provide feedback to improve strategies. Prepare regular sales reports and maintain CRM or pipeline tracking systems. We will prioritize candidates who possess the relevant experience outlined in this JD and are available for immediate start Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: 2–5 years in B2B or project-based sales, preferably in engineering, electrical, or infrastructure sectors Experience dealing with public sector clients or infrastructure projects (e.g. MRTA, SRT, BTSC, BEM, EGAT, PEA, MEA) is highly preferred Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Technical understanding to explain and position solutions effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional business writing Good command of English, especially for email, proposals, and international communication
