Leveraging Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and industry-leading automation practices, you will help reduce operational risk, eliminate manual effort, and accelerate service delivery. Key Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise automation playbooks and reusable automation frameworks. Analyze application, infrastructure, middleware, and platform dependencies to develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions. Develop automation workflows using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and Ansible Playbooks. Automate operational procedures across enterprise infrastructure, operating systems, middleware, databases, cloud services, and application platforms. Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, middleware administrators, cloud engineers, network engineers, and security teams to gather requirements and validate automation opportunities. Execute Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activities for automation solutions. Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Participate in code reviews and apply engineering best practices to ensure high-quality, reliable, and maintainable automation code. Maintain source code repositories, automation assets, and documentation using Git and version control best practices. Support production implementation, change management activities, and post-deployment support in accordance with internal governance and ITIL processes. Continuously optimize automation solutions to improve standardization, operational efficiency, and platform reliability. Ensure automation solutions comply with security policies, access controls, audit requirements, and operational standards. Evaluate emerging technologies, automation tools, and DevOps practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and support to project teams and operational support organizations. Required Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Linux Administration Windows Server Administration Middleware Administration Database Administration DevOps Engineering Infrastructure Automation Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing automation solutions using: Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform Ansible Playbooks Experience supporting enterprise-scale or mission-critical production environments.
