About the role Responsible for the implementation and verification of the acceptance of data center maintenance tests overseas. Assist in collecting certificates for various test projects, managing test progress, and controlling test quality. Key responsibilities Coordinate and manage the operation of test units from suppliers and third parties on-site during the project Supervise the implementation of the test plan to ensure that the test content fully covers technical specifications and contractual agreements Coordinate resources to resolve on-site emergencies and promote rapid problem identification and resolution Ensure that the testing process meets the customer's safety requirements, quality standards, and delivery requirements Participate in factory acceptance (FAT) testing for critical equipment/systems and conduct inspections in accordance with standard procedures Conduct on-site inspection of key quality control points (e.g., electrical safety, structural reliability, thermal management efficiency) Perform quality control during project implementation through field inspection based on key checklists and early identification of project risks Assist in reviewing technical documents submitted by suppliers (e.g., BOMs, drafts, test reports, certificates of compliance) to ensure compliance with design requirements and industry standards About you Bachelor's degree or higher Background in electrical (high voltage and weak current), HVAC or other electromechanical fields More than 3 years of industry experience Experience working in data center testing and inspection Familiar with testing and inspection processes and data center systems (electrical, HVAC, soft current, fire protection) Able to check test plans and test reports High level of EHS awareness and experience with project progress, quality, safety, and testing and certification aspects Fluent in both Chinese and English with ability to independently check English test reports and communicate with suppliers Good communication skills, team spirit, and responsible work ethic Able to take pressure and travel long distances for business, with estimated travel time of 30%-50% mainly in relevant countries in Europe and America
