About the role Lead and manage sales and dealer training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales capabilities, and dealer performance. This role will oversee training planning, content development, delivery, and evaluation, with a strong focus on new model launches and automotive sales training. Key responsibilities Develop annual and monthly training plans aligned with business, sales, and dealer development objectives. Develop and update training materials for new model launches, product knowledge, sales skills, core courses, and certification programs. Coordinate with internal teams in Thailand and China to develop and implement training programs. Plan and oversee both on-site and online training for dealer sales and service teams. Evaluate training effectiveness, analyze assessment results and participant feedback, and develop improvement plans. Manage external training vendors to ensure training quality, timely delivery, reporting, and documentation. Develop training initiatives to support sales campaigns, new product launches, and other business priorities. Maintain training records, reports, certification results, and LMS-related information. Support special training projects and other dealer development initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive, Education, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in automotive training, sales training, dealer training, or a related field. Automotive industry experience is required. Strong experience in training planning, content development, facilitation, and training evaluation. Good understanding of automotive sales processes, dealer operations, and product training. Strong presentation, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong command of English , both written and spoken, with the ability to conduct training, deliver presentations, and communicate effectively with international stakeholders. Chinese language skills are an advantage but not required. Able to travel to dealerships or training locations as required.
