Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Employee Engagement Survey process, including survey design, data collection, analysis, reporting, and generating actionable insights to reflect employee perspectives and support organizational development. Analyze Employee Experience data, such as onboarding feedback, engagement survey results, and exit interview findings, to identify trends and develop strategies and engagement programs aligned with business objectives. Design, plan, and execute employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, including Town Halls, company events, and other employee activities. Responsibilities include project planning, vendor and venue coordination, speaker arrangements, on-site event management, and post-event evaluation. Develop and enhance the employee journey from onboarding through offboarding to ensure a positive and meaningful employee experience at every stage of employment. Partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to translate employee insights into initiatives, programs, and action plans that strengthen employee engagement and foster a high-performing organizational culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Organizational Culture, Human Resources Organizational Development (HROD), or related areas. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful recommendations to leadership. Solid understanding of organizational culture and demonstrated creativity in designing initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement and participation.
