Imagine being responsible for the entire talent acquisition process—from sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment channels to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience in collaboration with HRBPs for the world's largest jewellery brand. If you love finding top talent and working across functions, then you might be our next Specialist, Talent Acquisition at Pandora Crafting & Supply. We love that you will... Assist business with key steps of the talent acquisition process, including posting jobs to social media channels, website, job boards, etc.; scheduling interviews and online assessments, screening candidate profiles, identifying shortlisted candidates for hiring managers, and supporting interviewing activities as required. Execute sourcing strategies/techniques through all media channels to build a qualified and high-quality candidate pipeline (talent pools by role/department). Lead university career fair activities with support from TA Officers. Participate in mass recruitment activities for blue-collar positions, supporting high-volume sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to meet workforce demand. Ensure all talent acquisition processes are in alignment with policies and procedures. Analyse and present data to evaluate and demonstrate the efficiency of the talent acquisition process, supplying the Hiring Manager with suitable, high-quality candidates. Prepare offer of employment recommendations and obtain approval from the authorized signatory. Identify opportunities for process improvement across the end-to-end recruitment journey, from sourcing to onboarding, and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and candidate/hiring manager experience. Lead or support TA improvement projects, including recruitment process re-design, tool/system enhancement, and automation initiatives, working cross-functionally with HRBPs and other stakeholders. Track and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes, ensuring initiatives are implemented on schedule and deliver measurable results. We love that you are... Bachelor's degree, ideally a master's degree, in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Design, Business Administration, or a related field. 4 years of work experience in recruiting Production, Office Support Function and/or IT. Good command of Thai and English is a must. Digitally savvy and a change agent. Preferred experience in both recruitment agencies and in-house MNCs. Confident in challenging the status quo professionally. Comfortable presenting to groups of employees and briefing vendors in English. Strong influencing and analytical skills. Prior experience working with SuccessFactors would be an advantage. Must be able to thoroughly screen candidates before presenting them to stakeholders.
