A Day in Your Life Inbound Lead & Pipeline Management Monitor and promptly respond to all incoming business inquiries via email, web forms, and phone. Conduct initial lead vetting and qualification based on predefined company criteria. Schedule, coordinate, and prep materials for discovery and pitch meetings. Maintain up-to-date client and pipeline records (e.g., deal stages, meeting notes, follow-up dates). Pitching & Proposal Support Draft, customize, and proofread pitch decks, proposal documents, and credential presentations. Conduct background research on prospective clients, key decision-makers, and industry trends prior to meetings. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to gather scope details and deliverables for client proposals. Account Management & Client Coordination Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth handoffs and initial administrative setup. Serve as a secondary point of contact for routine client updates, requests, and scheduling. Track key account milestones, renewal timelines, and check-in dates to support ongoing retention. What you will need to succeed University degree in Communication, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in business development, account management, or client servicing Candidates with banking, financial services, or due diligence background are highly preferred Excellent negotiation, persuasion, planning, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar), Google Workspace/MS Office (especially PowerPoint/Canva for pitch decks) will be an advantage.
