About the role As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining a full set of accounts, supporting management accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial reporting and statutory requirements. Key responsibilities To prepare full sets of accounts; To perform bookkeeping duties, including maintaining and verifying ledgers, bank reconciliations, debtor aging, invoicing, and stock control; To liaise with external auditors and tax agents on statutory audit and taxation matters; To assist in preparing management reports and financial analyses; To assist in budget preparation and monitoring; To coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders to support intercompany transactions and activities; To undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior. Requirements: A certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline qualification; Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in preparing full sets of accounts, preferably in a trading or B2B environment; Competent in the use of Microsoft AX, BC365 and other similar ERP systems; Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision; Strong numerical, analytical, communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Demonstrate high integrity and work ethics in handling confidential financial information.
