Studio Manager - Wildsoul Wellness Springvale

About the role As Studio Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our Springvale studio. You'll drive membership and retail sales, lead a high performing front of house and instructor team, and deliver the Wildsoul experience across the entire member journey, from first enquiry to loyal regular. What you'll be doing Achieving membership and retail sales budgets, and active member targets Setting and tracking targets for recovery upsells, pack upsells and retail Leading day to day studio operations, rostering and class scheduling Recruiting, training and developing your front of house and instructor team Delivering a seamless onboarding and retention program for new and existing members Monitoring class usage and attendance against KPIs, adjusting the schedule as needed Managing studio presentation, stock levels and supplier relationships Coordinating digital content and monthly member communications with our marketing team Reporting weekly on studio performance to your direct report What we're looking for Proven experience in a management or leadership role (fitness, wellness or hospitality highly regarded) A natural people leader who can coach, motivate and hold a team accountable Sales confidence and a track record of hitting targets Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner Highly organised with strong attention to detail A genuine passion for health, wellness and community Experience with MINDBODY or similar booking software is a bonus Given Springvale's vibrant Vietnamese-speaking community, bilingual candidates (English/Vietnamese) are strongly encouraged to apply Why Wildsoul Wellness Be part of a growing, values led Australian brand Supportive HQ team invested in your success Career progression opportunities as our network expands Complimentary Wildsoul classes and a team culture that feels like family If this sounds like your next move, we'd love to hear from you.
