Key Responsibilities Lead and manage overall HRM & HRD functions , including recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. Oversee HR operations , including payroll coordination, attendance, leave, employee records, HR systems, and documentation. Ensure compliance with Thai Labor Law, Social Security, employment regulations, and company policies . Manage General Affairs , including facilities, administrative services, licenses, permits, insurance, and company support activities. Handle Government Affairs , including coordination with government authorities, BOI, visa, work permits, licenses, and regulatory matters. Support workplace safety, environmental compliance, and factory-related regulatory requirements . Lead employee relations, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and labor-related issues professionally and legally. Lead and develop the HR/GA while ensuring effective coordination across departments. Provide HR reports, analysis, and recommendations to management to support business decisions. Take leadership & ownership of issues, respond to urgent matters, and drive problem-solving, follow-up, and continuous improvement . Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all HR and GA activities. Core Qualifications Strong HRM & HRD Knowledge – Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and manpower planning. Labor Law & Compliance – Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law, Social Security, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements. Excellent HR Operations – Strong capability in managing daily HR operations, payroll coordination, attendance, leave, employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems with high accuracy. General Affairs (GA) – Able to manage and coordinate administrative, facility, licensing, and company support activities effectively. Government Affairs – Strong coordination and communication skills with government authorities, with good professional connections and networking capabilities. Hands-On & Multifunctional – Practical, proactive, and able to independently handle multiple HR, GA, compliance, and administrative responsibilities. Sense of Urgency – Able to identify priorities, respond quickly to urgent issues, and take timely action to resolve problems. Ownership & Problem-Solving – Strong problem-solving skills, accountability, follow-up, and ability to take ownership from start to completion. Leadership Accuracy & Integrity – Highly detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality. Communication & Coordination – Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with employees, management, government agencies, and external parties. Preferred Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Management, Labor Relations, or related fields. 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment. Experience at HR Supervisor / HR Assistant Manager level is preferred. Good command of English and computer/HR system skills.
