Position Overview As our systems and software development operations continue to expand, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer who can help improve development workflows, deployment efficiency, automation, and operational support for development teams. This role will focus on CI/CD, deployment automation, operational tooling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration with Infrastructure and development teams across multiple regions. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows Support development operations and release management processes Improve automation and operational efficiency for development and deployment activities Manage operational tools and environments used by development teams Support monitoring, log analysis, troubleshooting, and incident investigation Investigate and analyze root causes of system, application, and deployment issues Support developers with environment setup, deployment processes, and operational troubleshooting Collaborate with Infrastructure and development teams in Thailand, Japan, and India to improve system stability and development efficiency Assist in improving observability, monitoring, and operational best practices Contribute to incident response processes, on-call support, and blameless post-mortem culture Requirements Experience in DevOps, System Operations, or related roles Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Basic knowledge of AWS (must have) Understanding of Linux environments, scripting, and automation Experience with Docker or container-based environments Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork skills Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) is a plus Experience with Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins is a plus Can communication and coordination english skills is plus
