Reporting to the General Manager, Sales, the main responsibility of the Assistant Manager, Sales is to plan and sell our e-commerce solutions to our key accounts. He/She should work closely with the General Manager, Sales with regards to developing and implementing sales plan to generate sales leads and achieve sales targets. Duties and Responsibilities: To maintain and build relationship with key accounts and co-ordinate with other departments in enhancing customer satisfaction. To explore and identify service opportunity for e-Commerce / Supply Chain Solutions to help generate additional revenue. To work with project team to offer e-Commerce / Supply Chain Solutions to our customers. To manage and co-ordinate with project team on implementation of solutions for our customers. To provide sales forecast and report market situation to management. To alert management on any potential issues and make appropriate recommendation. To assist and work closely with Marketing & Corporate Communication Department on marketing programs to promote our services / solutions. Job Specifications: Degree holder or Higher Diploma. At least 3 years’ working experience in handling key accounts and selling e-commerce / supply chain solutions to Trade and Logistics/ Transportation industry. Excellent presentation skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills. Mature and pleasant in personality. Aggressive and pro-active in character and able to take pressure in a competitive environment. Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
