With projects ranging from A$100M to A$1B+, opportunities span high-rise residential, premium commercial, healthcare and major precinct developments. We are currently recruiting across three key areas: COMMERCIAL MANAGER – PROJECT DELIVERY Lead the commercial delivery of a substantial pipeline of major high-rise residential developments , including 1,000+ apartments over the next four years. Responsibilities include head contract and subcontract management, procurement, major trade negotiations, forecasting, variations, claims, commercial risk and leadership of the CA team. Applications are welcomed from established Commercial Managers and exceptional Senior Contract Administrators ready to step up. PRE-DELIVERY / PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER A senior corporate appointment responsible for taking major projects from award through to construction readiness and mobilisation. Lead design development, constructability, procurement strategy, programming, construction methodology, value management and project risk, ensuring a seamless transition into delivery. This could suit an experienced Pre-Construction Manager, Project Director or Senior Project Manager with a strong construction delivery background. CONTRACT ADMINISTRATORS – MULTIPLE POSITIONS Multiple opportunities across major Brisbane projects for CAs with approximately 4+ years' experience. Responsibilities include trade procurement, detailed Scope of Works, subcontract administration, progress claims, variations, cost reporting, forecasting and commercial risk management. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Depending on the position: Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related qualifications Tier 1, Tier 2 or major contractor experience highly regarded Strong commercial and/or project delivery capability Major residential, commercial or complex building experience Strong procurement, contract, cost and risk management skills Brisbane / Southeast Queensland experience advantageous WHY CONSIDER THESE OPPORTUNITIES?
