FBS CN Seller Incubation Key Account Management (Chinese Speaking) (Shopee)

Job description Manage and grow a portfolio of high-potential sellers by driving FBS adoption, inbound growth, and seller performance. Identify seller pain points and provide tailored solutions to improve fulfillment efficiency, inventory availability, and business growth. Own seller incubation journey from onboarding, activation, to scaling FBS contribution. Develop and execute seller growth plans based on data analysis and business insights. Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., FBS ADO, inbound volume, stock health, seller adoption rate) and drive improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with sellers and act as the main point of contact to ensure successful collaboration. Collaborate with internal teams including Seller Management, Operations, Warehouse, Marketing, Product, and Regional teams to resolve issues and improve seller experience. Gather seller feedback and provide insights to improve FBS products, processes, and policies. Requirement Bachelor’s degree or above with 1-4 years of experience in account management, business development, e-commerce, sales, or related fields. Experience managing sellers, merchants, or external partners is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and drive actions. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong ownership and problem-solving skills. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or marketplace operations is a plus. Chinese speakers preferred.
