About the role Handles employee concerns, workplace relations, disciplinary matters, and engagement initiatives. Promotes positive employee relations, supports policy implementation, and assists in resolving workplace issues fairly and professionally. About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in employee relations or HR is an advantage Knowledgeable in HR policies, employee concerns, and workplace practices Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Good documentation and report-writing skills Discreet and able to handle confidential matters Organized, fair, and professional in dealing with employees
