The role will be guided by the company’s corporate procedures. 2. Oversight and ongoing administrative management of the company’s staff services division inclusive (but not limited to) the following duties and responsibilities: New Talent Recruitment Jobstreet invites and correspondence Interview scheduling Administration tasks relating to new talent training and probationary phase Government ID requirements Training and Probationary contracts Relocation Allowance Determinations & Verification with regular quarterly reviews 3. Issuing / replacing / recording of staff access and ID cards 4. Security bank ATM for salary payment 5. Regularize employees’ contracts on completion of probation. 6. Preparation and issuing of HMO applications 7. Leave credit records management 8. Resigned / Exiting Employees Exit Interview Clearance (BIR 2316 and access cards and equipment return) Certification of Employment requests 9. Responsible for the overall operational HR functions and daily transactions. 10. Management of all talent acquisition activities ensuring attracting and screening the best candidates for the organization. 11. Provide best practice advice and participate in change management activities when new processes are implemented. 12. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 13. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues 14. Management of all employment relation matters. 15. Oversee and lead the annual performance review process. 16. Manage staff induction and separation programs. 17. Working closely with the Training Manager to ensure training needs are met (internally) 18. Oversee the administration of performance, discipline and termination related matters. 19. Administer and prepare employee contracts and relevant paperwork. Effective management of employment arrangements and records. 20. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization 21. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management 22. Assist with business licensing and permit renewal processes. Candidate Personal and Professional Attributes: To be successful within this role, you will be able to demonstrate significant knowledge and experience in the management of staff services. You will also display evidence of: · Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills · Minimum 5+ years’ work experience in the related field is required for this position. · Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. · Advanced written and verbal communication skills · Accuracy and attention to detail whilst holding good judgement. · High – level management skills and leadership capabilities. · Relevant experience in staff services management. · Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. · Degrees in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience are highly regarded. · Extensive experience in people management or equivalent role, preferably in the Financial Services or other heavily regulated industry. · Demonstrated experience in high level staff leadership management strategy and implementation and driving continuous improvement in the staff services space. · Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team · Ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes with a broad range of stakeholders · Strong and relevant administrative skills · Well organized and the ability to manage multiple topics, projects, and initiatives at one time · Self-starter and able to work autonomously requiring minimal supervision Key Selection Criteria Minimum 5+ years employment experience in relative field with supervisory and managerial duties. Experience working in complex operational environment. Proven working experience as HR Manager or another HR Executive role People oriented and results driven Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Proven Performance in people management and systems management with relevant experience operating in a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience collaborating with senior team members and a demonstrated ability to maintain complex stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, leadership and analytical skills. Ability to multi-task, manage time and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently in a team environment. Willingness to work within the Australian (Victorian) Public Holiday calendar. Proven performance in leadership / enhanced leadership capabilities. Experience working in complex operational environment. Proven Performance in incident management and response with relevant experience operating in a fast-paced corporate environment. NB. All applicants will be required to undergo several tests and interview for application. Candidates living far distances (1hr and 30mins or more travel time) from Makati will be required to relocate closer to the office, with generous relocation allowance payable monthly by the company.
