Main Responsibilities: • Market Development: Actively expand overseas markets via digital platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn) and industry trade shows; source, qualify, and manage sales leads to build a robust pipeline. • Account Management: Drive end-to-end client engagement to build long-term relationships and grow product sales globally. • Revenue & Business Growth: Identify client needs, penetrate key markets, and close deals to consistently achieve revenue targets. • Tradeshow & Brand Presence: Represent the company at domestic and international exhibitions to generate new leads and elevate global brand visibility. Requirements: • Education: Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any discipline. • Languages: Fluent Cantonese and proficient English (proficiency in additional foreign languages is a definite advantage). • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome. 1+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development is preferred. • Skills & Attributes: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Work Authorization: Must possess the right to work in Hong Kong unconditionally (e.g., HK Permanent Resident). • Target Candidates: Open to fresh graduates, returnees with overseas education, or foreign HK permanent residents (the business is heavily focused on global market expansion). • Product Training: Due to the specialized nature of our products, new hires are required to undergo a 3-month systematic product training program at our Shenzhen headquarters upon joining. The company will provide free accommodation and full support in Shenzhen (alternative arrangements can be accommodated for foreign nationals facing visa/document constraints). Working Hours & Location: • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturdays). Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1.5-hour lunch break; 30-minute flexible clock-in/out window). • Work Location: Kowloon Bay Office (First 3 months of training based at Shenzhen HQ; post-training based in Hong Kong with occasional cross-border travel as needed). Remuneration & Benefits: • Monthly Package: HKD $18,000 - $20,500 (Base Salary + Allowances) + 8-13% Commission. • Comprehensive Training: Structured on-the-job training with company-sponsored accommodation provided during the Shenzhen training phase. • Allowances: Meal allowance.
