ABOUT THE ROLE – PGA Learning Hub - Sandhurst | 12-month contract commencing October 2026 I 3 days per week. We're looking for a Training Programs Administrator to join our Education Department and provide administrative support across the programs run by our Workplace & Industry Development team. You'll help coordinate and administer training events, support our Accredited and Continuing Education (ACE) Program and Community & Industry Training (CIT) Programs and help keep our education systems and member communications running smoothly. Your impact will include: Own the learning experience – Administer and maintain courses in our online learning portal, managing everything from enrolments to reporting so participants get a seamless journey. Bring education to life – Assist to coordinate workshops, webinars, events and conferences, including the National Education Summit, creating memorable learning experiences for our members. Build engaging content – Design and maintain learning resources, including eLearning modules and SCORM packages, that keep members coming back to learn. Keep the data sharp – Manage participant and member records, assessments and program reporting within iMIS, ensuring accuracy members and stakeholders can rely on. Be the first point of contact – Respond to member and participant enquiries promptly and professionally, delivering the service experience our members expect. Drive continuous improvement – Help evolve our education programs, systems and member experience, bringing fresh ideas to the table. You’ll bring: Administrative know-how – Demonstrated experience in an administrative, coordination or support role, with eye for the detail. Systems savvy – Experience with database management, information systems or CRM platforms. Attention to detail – A track record of producing accurate reports and maintaining reliable records. Service-first mindset – A genuine customer service mindset and a commitment to quality in everything you do. Juggling act – The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities within set timeframes. Tech confidence – Strong computer literacy, including confidence with Microsoft Office.
