About the role Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel, including receiving, storing and distributing goods. Ensure the timely receipt of incoming shipments, verifying the quantities and quality of goods. Coordinate and communicate effectively with the warehouse and O&M team. Report to the assistant procurement manager in monitoring the performance of the department. Prepare regular inventory reports and analyses for management review. Organize and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies. Maintain the safety and tidiness of the warehouse. Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in order tracking, logistic and safety stock management.
