HR Officer

Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and background checks. Facilitate the onboarding and orientation of new employees. Ensure timely preparation of contracts, ID cards, and other employment requirements. 2. Employee Relations Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Support conflict resolution processes and maintain harmonious workplace relationships. Assist in the preparation of Notices to Explain (NTEs), disciplinary memos, and related documentation when necessary. 3. HR Administration & Compliance Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR). Prepare and submit reports required by management or regulatory agencies. 4. Training & Development Assist in identifying employee training and development needs. Coordinate learning sessions, workshops, and programs (e.g., Circle of Excellence). Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness. 5. Performance Management Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems. Coordinate with department heads on employee evaluations. Provide recommendations for employee recognition, career growth, or corrective actions. 6. HR Programs & Engagement Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and wellness programs. Promote the company’s core values, mission, and culture through HR initiatives.
