Client Care Representative

Join a passionate and supportive team at Animal Emergency Service (AES), an after-hours Emergency and Critical Care hospital in Jindalee. As the welcoming face of our hospital, you’ll support clients and their pets during times of critical need while working alongside a dedicated veterinary team. About the Role As a Client Care Representative, you will manage front-of-house operations including client communication, scheduling, administration, and patient admissions and discharges. Your empathy, professionalism, and ability to remain calm under pressure will help create a smooth and compassionate experience for both clients and referring vets. This is a Casual role with a mix of early morning, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
