Account Receivable - Oracle migration support

About the role Startek Malaysia is seeking a dedicated AR at our office in Ara Damansara, Selangor. This is a 6-month contract position that we need your help with Oracle system migration in our Account Receivable function. Key Activities Supplier Information Validation Review supplier responses and validate information submitted in the supplier Excel template. Ensure all required tabs are completed accurately and consistently. Conduct detailed checks to identify missing, incomplete, or invalid information. Supporting Document Verification Review all supporting documents submitted by suppliers. Follow up on any discrepancies, missing documents, or incomplete submissions. Bank Detail Verification Compare submitted bank account information against existing records in EBS. Identify and investigate any bank detail changes. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain Vendor Maintenance Forms (VMF) and bank supporting documents when required. Callback Process Coordination - For cases involving bank changes, coordinate with the Callback Team for independent verification. Master Data Update Archive completed supplier communications. Update supplier status in the tracking file. Transfer validated supplier information into the Supplier Master Template. Maintain sequence mapping and required remarks across multiple worksheets. Supplier Follow-up and Case Management Prepare and send follow-up emails to suppliers for incomplete cases. Track supplier responses and maintain status updates in the project tracker. Ensure proper documentation Skills and Qualifications Required: Higher Education (Diploma/ Degree/ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Financial, or any related field) Professional attitude with the ability to follow instructions effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to go the extra mile, including working extended hours or during weekends when required, depending on business needs and critical closing timelines.
